TripSabah provides travel assistance, booking coordination, car rental referrals, airport transfer arrangements and travel-related information for visitors travelling in Sabah.
Some services may be provided directly by TripSabah while others may be fulfilled by trusted third-party partners, operators or vehicle owners.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only considered confirmed after written confirmation has been provided through WhatsApp, email or other approved communication channels.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are provided as guide prices and may change without prior notice depending on season, availability, location, vehicle type or supplier requirements.
Final pricing will be confirmed before booking confirmation.
4. Payments
Some bookings may require advance payment, deposit or full payment before service commencement.
Payment methods and payment schedules will be communicated during the booking process.
5. Vehicle Rental Requirements
Drivers must hold a valid driving licence recognised in Malaysia.
Additional documentation may be requested by the vehicle owner or service provider before vehicle collection.
The renter is responsible for complying with all traffic laws, parking regulations and road safety requirements.
6. Vehicle Condition
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before collection and immediately report any visible damage or concerns.
The customer may be responsible for any damage, fines, penalties or losses incurred during the rental period according to the rental provider’s policy.
7. Airport Transfer Services
Customers should provide accurate flight details, arrival times and contact information.
TripSabah and its service providers are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, flight disruptions, road closures, traffic congestion or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
8. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and amendment policies may vary depending on the service provider and booking type.
Any cancellation request should be submitted as early as possible.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the applicable booking terms.
9. Third-Party Services
TripSabah may introduce customers to independent vehicle owners, accommodation providers, activity operators and transportation providers.
TripSabah acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, service quality issues or disputes arising directly from third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripSabah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or any booked service.
11. Travel Information
Travel guides, recommendations, itineraries and event information published on this website are provided for informational purposes only.
Visitors should independently verify event schedules, attraction operating hours, weather conditions and travel requirements before travelling.
